This data is processed in order to deliver the website, to ensure the security and stability of the system and for technical administration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. The personal data recorded when you visit the website is stored on the host's servers. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 DSGVO / GDPR) has been concluded with the provider.

5. Fonts (local integration)

This website uses the fonts “Inter” and “Poppins”. The font files are delivered locally from our server and are not loaded from an external service (e.g. Google Fonts). When the page is accessed, no connection to third-party servers is therefore established and no data (in particular no IP address) is transmitted to providers of web fonts.

If you contact us by email or telephone, your details will be stored in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO / Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/initiation of a contract) or Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry).

6.2 Contact form

If you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, company where applicable, email address, telephone number where applicable, subject and your message) is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry and transmitted to us by email. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO / Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO / Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry) as well as your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO / Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by confirming the privacy policy in the form.

The form is processed directly on the server of our hosting provider (see section 4) and the enquiry is sent to us by email. No disclosure to further third parties and no transfer to a third country takes place in this process. Attachments transmitted optionally (e.g. drawings) are used exclusively to process your enquiry.

To protect against automated spam, the form contains a hidden field (“honeypot”). No additional personal data is processed in this respect.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use any cookies for analysis or marketing purposes and uses no tracking or web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). No usage profiles are created.

8. Storage period

We process and store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the respective purpose of processing or as provided for by statutory retention periods (e.g. obligations under commercial and tax law). The data is deleted thereafter.

This privacy policy is currently valid and is dated June 2026. As our website is developed further, or as a result of changed statutory or official requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
