Task, solution, result

Complete paint stripping of large components

Task: Remove multi-layer old coatings from large metal components without residue and without damaging the material.
Solution: Thermal paint stripping (pyrolysis) followed by blast preparation of the surface.
Result: Bare surface ready for coating – reproducible and released for the subsequent coating.

Series coating of steel components

Task: Consistent coating quality across a high number of parts with economical throughput.
Solution: Continuous shot blasting as a defined pre-treatment, followed by powder coating with coating thickness control.
Result: Documented, verifiable quality at high throughput – consistent across the entire series.

Reconditioning of operating equipment

Task: Coating racks and skids with paint build-up lose their electrical contact and lead to variations in coating thickness.
Solution: Cyclical (thermal) paint stripping of the operating equipment with subsequent cleaning by blasting.
Result: Restored conductivity, stable coating thicknesses and a longer service life for the racks.
