With industrial components, surface quality is not a matter of feel but a measured value. We monitor and document the decisive parameters across the entire process chain – from pre-treatment to the finished coating. This gives you reproducible results that you can check and trace.
Measuring technology & testing
We work with processes controlled by measurement rather than visual inspection alone:
- coating thickness measurement on powder and wet paint coatings
- gloss and colour shade control to specification (RAL/NCS)
- controlled blasting roughness as the basis for defined adhesion
- initial sample inspection on request before series release
Documentation & traceability
On request we document the coating with digital reports. This makes process parameters and test values traceable – an important element for initial samples, series deliveries and audits.
